VENICE,
AFTER THE RAIN |
Venice after the rain, is a scene from a visit to Venice in the mid 1980s. A
photo was taken in the early evening, after a brief rain shower.
The first painting was a smaller (less detail), original,
and was sold. This current edition (as shown) is one of my
favorites and draws much attention during showings. I visited
Venice in the summer of 2004 and the same blue boat was still in
the picture since my 1980sphoto.
